Shipping Policy

Where, when and how do we deliver?

Boba delivers throughout South Africa. We are based in Cape Town, therefore the closer you are to us, the faster you will get your parcel.

We make use of a courier service that only delivers door-to-door; therefore we will need your physical address (or work address) and telephone number in order to get your parcel on the way.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Please ensure that there will be an appropriate person to sign for the parcel during these times. If nobody is around to accept the delivery, the courier company will contact the recipient so that a new delivery day can be arranged. If you are at work all day, and there is no one to sign for your delivery at home, please supply us with a work address so that the courier can deliver there. Anyone at the delivery address can receive the parcel; no identification is needed. Proof that delivery was completed and that liability for the parcel shifts to yourself/the customer/purchaser happens when somebody at the delivery address has signed for the parcel.

We do our absolute best to deliver the next working day after your order is placed and we have received your proof of payment. However, if you live in a rural area or unforeseen circumstances cause a delay, it could take up to 3-4 working days to get it to you.

If you are based in a remote area that our courier service doesn’t deliver to, we will have to make use of Postal delivery (South African Post Office). In that case, delivery could take between 3-10 working days. We will inform you if your parcel falls into this category.

Unfortunately we do not ship internationally. However, if you are based in another country, we will be happy to assist you in finding a distributor / retailer, should there be one in close proximity to you.

Delivery and Pricing

Free shipping for all orders over R600! Anything below that, we have a standard delivery fee of R50.

Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel has been shipped, we will supply you with a tracking number and the necessary details to keep track of your delivery. If it hasn’t been delivered within the estimated time frame or you are unable to utilize the tracking system, please contact us so that we can resolve it with the courier company. We are serious about excellent customer service and want to do everything to ensure that it remains that way!
